General Tools Mfg Co In 1261-4 Review: General Tools 1261-4 1/2 Grommet Refill. It seems anything I have ordered that used Ace Hardware as a source was horrible. Three weeks is absurd if it is supposed to be in stock. First off it did not even ship for the first eight days, then in came by the slowest method they could find. I will not order anything offered by Ace Hardware affiliates again. I doubt they actually have it in stock, but order once they have your money.
