General Tools 4 Review: General Tools 4 7/8 to 4 Circle Cutter. A perfect tool for my special needs. I am cutting one-half thick inch plasticplugs in various, fairly precise diameters. Once I regrind the cutting edge toa more suitable shape and carefully calibrate the ID the tool delivers a neat,accurate part each time.
