Milwaukee's (email) customer service is great.The Bad:Why did I need customer support? The assembly instructions don't specify which way to put on the wheels. Please DO NOT hammer the metal hub caps onto the wheels before FIRST fitting the assembly of the undercarriage on the lower rim of the metal body of the vacuum. The wheels only go on ONE way.
